REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s how we handle returns:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery ONLY for unused, unopened items.
- Process: Email us at info@shikacreations.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
- Refunds: Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, opened spiritual items (e.g., incense, oils), and digital downloads, etc. but not limited to are non-refundable.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item was defective or incorrect or otherwise stated.
